Lennard Manke founded The Bremerton Cloverleaf in 1973, and although the bar has changed hands over the years, its unique history remains a testament to the power of community support. In the early days, the County initially rejected the bar's opening, but the community rallied behind it. Using clovers as a symbol of support our community members petitioned for its acceptance. Today, you can still see these clovers on our bar as representation of the Cloverleaf's endearing connection to the community that helped make it possible.
