How is a comedy fundraiser scheduled?

How does the fundraising work?
Once a date and time has been established we contact The Great Cris to help us hire a comedian. The cost to hire a comedian for one show is $600, but the Cloverleaf will help with the cost by paying $200. This is our way of contributing to your fundraiser. The rest of the $400 is paid by your organization.
All ticket sale proceeds, your organization keeps and all food/beverage sales the night of the fundraiser, Cloverleaf keeps. You can sell your tickets at any price you deem appropriate (we suggest selling them at $12).
We can only fit about 100 people in the back room, so sales should not exceed that amount, unless you have two shows, then it should not exceed 200 people. When you have two shows, the cost of the comedian doubles.
